Peer Engineering Inc. (Peer) was incorporated in the State of Minnesota in March 1991. The company is owned and operated by Stephen T. Jansen, M.S., P.G., Kenneth A. Larsen, P.E., P.G., and Mark F. Johnson, who together have over 60 years of experience in the environmental and engineering industries. Peer is a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with offices located in Eden Prairie and Moorhead, Minnesota.
Our company specializes in providing environmental consulting and engineering services to public and private clients for redevelopment and construction projects. The full range of services provided includes: Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), site investigations, Response Action Plan (RAP) preparation, feasibility and treatability studies, hazardous materials surveys and abatement, and construction-related environmental monitoring, sampling, testing and reporting.
